Delivery Policy

Delivery times are as important to us as they are to you.

We ship everywhere within the United States using UPS.

Processing (receipt of your order, full quality control of the shipped goods, packaging and shipping) takes 1-3 business days. Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays & Sundays. UPS delivery times are measured in business days from the ship date.

Once the order has been processed, we do not offer cancellations or changes.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail from info@sklema.com .

The arrival of the goods at the address indicated by you is carried out within 8-12 working days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch.

We apologize if the postal service, which is out of our control, has exceeded the delivery time.
